Although my computer handles pretty well, and I've got a decent internet, I found that the preloader was as long as the flash. That's never a good sign. I liked the quality of the animation, but like rafcor says... that was rediculously short. Your sense of humour's different than mine, and that's kool, but frankly, my money's on the preloader. I liked it better.

I liked a lot about this game, and only found two faults. Not enough variety in the units/spells, and the fact that if you send a man into combat, he apparently deserts when the combat is over. Where did my survivors go? If I sent more men into combat than the enemy in real life, it's called "using my superiour resources", but in the game, it's apparently instant death. I lost more men that way than by the enemy killing them.

While a decent flash, it was just not up to the standards currently set on Newgrounds. I don't mean to be offensive, but I hardly believe it deserves the 4/5 it achieved. One thing I always look for in flash animation, ESPECIALLY animation set to music, is timing. Theres a scene where several outlined people play something that vaguely looks like a violin. Not really, but sorta. The internet is EASY to access these days. Look up a picture, spend a tiny bit more time, make it look more realistic. Put some effort into it. I know you can do better. Also, while I admit its probably more effort that it's worth to look up exact fingerings, you could at LEAST time it with the video. The hand movement was completely random, and off time, and it was dissappointing. It shows. Lastly, the homeless scene? The.... lets say protagonist of the scene, seems waaaay too happy about being in pain. Sure, it's nice to find someone who understands. But it's not happy hour. It's always surprising howmuch fixing up the little things can improve a flash. Overall, I though it was decent, but too simplistic for the epicness you set it up for. Also, the first MINUTE was an ad for your site. I can't approve of that. Shorter ads are just as affective, and are less annoying. If people are really determined to memorize your site, inspired from your flash, they'll WATCH IT AGAIN. Anyways, decent effort, decent flash, good job. Get the little things nailed down next time.
